about me

Hi, I'm Preston.

I've spent my career building and leading HR and TA functions across startups, enterprises, and everything in between. Along the way I had some really great bosses and mentors in my corner. I've also watched a lot of talented people around me struggle without anyone in their corner telling them how to actually get ahead in their career.


I started Guideline Talent to be that person for HR and TA professionals who deserve better than figuring it out alone.


I coach, train, and speak on the things I wish I'd known 10 years ago.
